My J. He never ceases to amaze and astound me.
The 2 weeks that he was at the beach he got up every morning by 7am so that he could walk with his Grandma.
Mom has a little trouble walking. She has severe arthritis and has had both knees and both hips replaced. She is a little unsteady and very unsure when she walks, especially on uneven ground. J. made sure that he was there next to her the entire way.
One morning she had a bad nosebleed, an annoying side effect to being on Coumadin, and J. ran all the way back to the house to get my brother AND tissues for her.
The reason he amazes and astounds me though is how different he can be, moment by moment. He can be amazingly helpful one minute and the next minute he won't even get himself a glass of water.
Last night he cleared the dinner table and took out the garbage without anyone asking him to do it.
Today he wouldn't put the milk back in the refridgerator after breakfast.
You just never know with this boy.
Ah, very sweet. Embrace the unpredictability, maybe it will lead him to an adventurous life. :)
